Residence Ulivi e Palme is the most convenient and functional choice for those who must stay in Cagliari for a minimum of three nights or for longer periods. Located on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, a short walk from Piazza Giovanni XXIII, it is located in a strategic position close to shops and Poetto beach, which can be easily reached by public transport.

Our Residence offers the possibility of an independent stay choosing among different types of fully furnished and equipped mini-apartments. Two types of rooms are available, Standard and Superior.

The style is simple but meticulous, accommodating individuals, families, or groups in a familiar and comfortable environment. The different solutions offered range from single rooms to four rooms. Sober, spacious, quiet, most have a large balcony overlooking the Sella del Diavolo – Saddle of the Devil – and the Molentagius lagoon.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, so you’ll feel right at home. The bathrooms, whether with shower or bath, all have a window.

Services and amenities: Wi-fi, kitchenette, refrigerator, LCD TV, telephone, hairdryer, central air and heating, bi-weekly cleaning.
Services upon request: cots for babies, microwave, iron and ironing board.
Paid extra services: breakfast, additional cleaning. Any half-board service can be arranged with the “La Finestra sul Cielo” restaurant located on the fourth floor of the building.
