The “UP” Restaurant is located on the fourth floor of the Hotel.

Its spacious dining area seats 110 people, and offers views over the Molentagius-Saline Regional Natural Park with its all year-round spectacle of native flamingos. Diners may further enjoy a panorama of The Gulf of Angels while they reflect on the story of its origin.

It seems that God wished to reward his angels with a gift of their own choosing. They sought far and wide for a place free of hatred and malice until at last their search brought them to Sardinia, where farmers and shepherds live peaceably together in a countryside that overlooks dramatic seascapes. Accordingly, they named their bay ‘The Gulf of Angels.’

The “UP” restaurant offers a comprehensive range of Sardinian and Italian cuisine. It’s open daily during the following hours:

Lunch:

  • Monday to Friday from 12.00 to 14.00
  • Saturday and Sunday from 12.30 to 14.30

Dinner:

  • Every day from 08.00 to 10.30 pm
